1. What if I don’t have artwork?

No problem. Our in-house graphic design team is ready and capable of designing an amazing metal bookmark. With thousands completed, we have the experience to work closely with our clients to deliver a design that will impress, but also matches the theme of your event.
 2.  How do I send artwork for my order?
During the order process, first select your quantity. Next, select if you will supply your own artwork, or have will our internal design team work on your invitation layout.  
3. What's your MOQ?
 100pcs generally, it depends on the product series.
4. Can you provide free samples?
 We provide free sample, but the Express fee will be charged by customer. For customized samples, we will charge sample fee according to the cost and will return the sample fee when you place order.
5. What's your lead time?
Generally within 7-15days, it depends on customer’s order quantity.

6. Is rush production and delivery available?

7.Is there a set-up fee?

There are NO set-up fees if you supply vector artwork based on our templates. If you would like us to design your bookmark, we offer a professional in-house design service. In this process, you will be assigned to one of our experienced, talented graphic designers. If at any point you wish to discuss the project, provide feedback, or ask any questions, you can call our offices from 9am - 6pm, PST and speak to your designer.
8.Can I add variable names or numbers to these metal boomarks?

Yes, We call this variable data - it’s applied with a state-of-the-art laser. You may add this to your order in the check-out process. To specify your variable information, simply upload an Excel file along with your artwork, or note that you would like each bookmark numbered 001 – 100, or 1001 – 1100, etc. You may also specify the font for your variable information. Please call us with any questions.

9.Can you produce something smaller or larger?

Yes. Everything we produce at our factory, is made-to-order - anything is possible. Please call us  and speak to a friendly team member about your needs – we’re here to help.

10.Can I print a full color image or multi-color logo on my metal bookmarks?

Yes, we offer a Full Color Printing service for your bookmarks. Please call or write to review your design needs with this option.

11.What about ball chains or key rings for these bookmarks?

We offer standard ball chain bracelets and necklaces, along with key rings. Please call or write to discuss your needs.
