Panels
The max width of higed single panel is 90cm,
the max width for bi-fold panel is 65cm
The max height of panel with mid rail is 280cm, the max height of panel without panel is 180cm

Blades
-There are three types of blades, 63.5mm/88.9mm/114.3mm(2.5inches.3.5inches,4.5inches)

-The smaller the blades the better shading affect.

-The larger the blades the more distance between two blades.

-The larger the blades the deeper the window hole needed.
Frames
We can provide two kinds of frame and their different styles. Please check the size and style below to confirm which one is suitable for you. If you want see more styles or customrize one, please contact us.
L Frame
L frame can be used for inside mount or outside mount.
Z frame
Z frame is used for inside mount only.
T-Post
T-Post is used in the middle of the frame for solution of using multiple panels.



Stiles
Both of them have good shading effects, but "D" mould style is not suitable for Bi-fold panels.


Hinges
We have many different color hinges for you to choose from. If you don't have any special needs, we will use the color that are suitable for the color of frame.

Series 1 is a plain color
Series 2 is wooden stain color

Bubble cushion to protect the corner, Bubble column to protect the middle part. Carton as outer packaging.
Shipping cost: For customized products, shipping costs need to be queried separately. If the product size is large, express delivery is NOT available. The online shipping cost is just for reference. If it cannot be shipped by express, we will arrange air or sea shipment, and the shipping fee also needs to be asked separately. At the same time, for air and sea transportation, different countries have different regulations. Most countries require buyers to have their own customs clearance agency, and individuals cannot do customs clearance.
For inside mount
Measurements to be given in millimetres ( mm)
1. Always measure the depth of the reveal where the shutters or the frame will be mounted to and ensure no mullions, handles or anything else could interfere with the operation of the blades when open.
2. Like blinds, when measuring for inside reveal fit, the shutters should be measured in three places across the width and the drop and the smallest measurements used.
For outside mount
Measurements to be given in millimeters (mm)
1. Always measure the depth of the reveal where the shutters or the frame will be mounted to and ensure no mullions, handles or anything else could interfere with the operation of the blades when open.
2. Alwaystake at least three measurements for the width and height. For outside mount, always provide the largest measurements or where you want the shutters to cover, this will ensure to cover any imperfection.
For special shapes
We can provide solution for those special shapes windows, and it is complex to measure the size of those kinds of windows, please contact us to know how to measure. There is extra charge for special shaped shutters.
FAQ
How about the samples? We could send you the samples but the sample cost and freight are charged. After the order is confirmed, we would pay back the product fee and freight. Usually we will take at most 15 days to make the samples. 

How to order? 
1.By email or Wechat any chat tool to send us the window pictures with size.
2. We send you a rough quote and you confirm. 
3. We send you an order form for you to fill out. 
4.We send you a design drawing to confirm.  
5. We draft and you confirm the contract.
6. 50% deposit by T/T, credit card, etc before we can arrange production.
7. The 50% balance is paid and shipping will be arranged for you. 

what is the MOQ ? MOQ is 2 square meters  
What kinds and what sizes of louver you supply? 
We supply aerofoil louver with sizes, 2-1/2", 3-1/2", 4-1/2" 

Do you accept OEM order? Yes, we provide OEM service. But there will be a cost on opening new molds.

What's the delivery date? Normally, 2 to 4 weeks for an order within 50sq.m after receipt of your down payment. (But in busy season please inquiry us first) 

What's your payment terms 50% T/T in advance, balance in T/T before container loading Can I custom the size and color ? Yes, you can.  Please let us know your specific requirements and there will be sub charge.

How long can this product be used? 5 years or more for normally used Is the install difficult ? We supply all the hardware, Accessories and install instruction, it is easy for most of people to install it. If you need, please feel free to contact us for online instruction
