Production & Quality Control
Incoming Quality Control (IQC)
To strictly check the quality of the battery cell, we do safety tests including 130℃ furnace thermal test, heavy object impacttest, squeeze test, etc. If the safety does not pass, we will seal this batch of batteries and return to the incoming supplier.
Additionally, we will inspect more to eliminate the defective incoming materials, from capacity inspection, simulated transport vibration, high-temperature aging test of battery cells, to voltage voltage drop binning and screening. Defective products selling to our clients can be reduced through multiple inspection methods.

Battery Full Inspection
We do the full inspection for the appearance, internal resistance, voltage of the finished batteries. Defective products will be picked out again to prevent unqualified products from flowing into our clients.
