How to Use the Machine?

Step 1. Remove the three transit bolts under the machine, which have been marked in red. 

Step 2. Place the machine on level surface and plug into the power socket.

Step 3. Press and hold CLEAR to return weight to zero.

Step 4. Press and hold RETURN TO ZERO to reset pack count.

Step 5. Use the Weight +/- to set desired dispense amount.

Step 6. Select speed of dispense SLOW, MEDIUM, FAST.

Step 7. Pour the filling materials in the hopper.

Step 8. Put the bag under the outlet. Press START.

 

The machine will now fill the internal hopper to your desired weight and when the food pedal is depressed, or movement is detected near the outlet, the contents will empty. The cycle will continue until you press STOP, or the machine runs out of ingredients.

1. Where is your factory located?

Currently we have two factories in China. One is located in Nanyang City, Henan Province, another one in high-tech harbor City, Shenzhen, Guangdong Province. Both factories comply with ISO9001 standard.

 

2. What are the available size of roasters for options?

We are mainly producing commercial and industrial automatic coffee roasters in different capacity, including 1kg, 2kg, 2.5kg, 3kg, 5/6kg, 10/12kg,15kg, 20kg, 30kg-300kg, as well as other coffee related processing equipment such like coffee grinders, smoker filters, conveyor, destoner etc.

 

3. What payment types do you accept?

We accept T/T in advance (30% of deposit before production and 70% balance before delivery), bank transfer, Paypal or credit card under Alibaba online trade assurance or offline payment. We also accept L/C.

 

4. How do your quality control systems operate?

We have professional designer team and experienced engineers to strictly guarantee the production from beginning to shipment.

 

5. What is your delivery time and cost?

For goods in stock, can arrange fast delivery around 5-10 working days after collect the full payment. In the case of out of stock and large quantity, production time varies about 15-30 working days depending on the situation.
