Heating elements and Furnace Structures
Using Sic or Mosi2 as the chamber heating elements(1200c above the silicon carbide rod(Sic)or silicon molybdenum rod(Mosi2)will be using).The furnace body is a standing furnace shell, its inner layer is made of stainless steel cylinder, the outer layer is carbon steel. The furnace body is divided into two parts, one-third of which is the cover of the furnace which can be opened completely by hand, and two-thirds is the fixed furnace body, which is unique in design and easy to operate. A jacket is formed between the two layers to take away the heat transferred to the furnace shell through cooling water, so that the temperature of the furnace wall does not exceed 60℃.
Vacuum and Hydraulic system
oil diffusion pump, roots pump, mechanical pump with electromagnetic differential pressure valve (to prevent sudden power failure, mechanical pump oil reverse) charging valve, vent valve, vacuum butterfly valve, vacuum pressure gauge (±Pa) bellows, vacuum tube and support, etc.
Adopt electric input mode. The hydraulic station is equipped with imported proportional valve, pressure sensor, displacement display using grating ruler (ranging accuracy 0.02mm), hydraulic cylinder and other related hydraulic devices, the pressure regulation is semi-automatic and can be adjusted manually. The instrument can be set to automatically adjust the pressure, and can achieve voltage stabilization, voltage protection.
Water cooling, temperature control, and inflation system
It is composed of the various valve and pipeline-related devices and equipped with automatic cutting off heating source or function of water cut off sound and light alarm.
Adopt thyristor to control temperature, equipped with PID function instrument, digital display meter, with over temperature sound and light alarm function, can also choose PLC touch screen automatic control, and retain historical data, easy to analyze the sintering process.
It is composed of various pipes and valves and equipped with electromagnetic air release valve and pressure sensor. When the pressure in the furnace is higher than the safe value, the air will be discharged automatically
Super Alloy Resistance Wire
Ni-crresistancewire (contains molybdenum)has the characteristics of high resistivity,Good corrosion resistance at high temperature, especially suitable for use in an atmosphere containing sulfur and sulfide, low resistance temperature coefficient, and high operating temperature. normally maximum using temperature is under 1200c below, Continuous is under 1100c.
Silicon carbide rod(Sic)
Silicon carbon rod is made of high purity green hexagonal silicon carbide as the main raw material, according to a certain ratio of processing and blank, after 2200℃ high temperature silicon recrystallization sintering and made of rod, tubular non-metal high temperature heating element.It is usually used below 1600 degrees Celsius.
Silicon molybdenum rod(Mosi2)
Silicon-molybdenum rod resistive heating element, based on molybdenum disilicide, resistant to high temperature and oxidation. When used in a high-temperature oxidizing atmosphere, a layer of bright and dense silica (SiO2) glass film is formed on the surface, which can protect the inner layer of the si-mo rod from oxidation.Normoly using under 1800 degrees Celsius.

It is widely used for hot pressing and sintering of cemented carbide, functional ceramics and powder metallurgy under high temperature and high vacuum, and also for hot pressing and sintering under the condition of inflation protection
Packing&Shipping
The normal package is the wooden box(Size: L*W*H). If export to European countries, the wooden box will be fumigated.If the container is too tight, we will use pe film for packing or pack it according to customers special request.
