JKM TDC system is widely used in puffed food,beverage,coffe,fruit and vegetable agriculture, medicine and other industries. It is especially suitable for conveying granular, flaky and powdery materials, dustproof design, sealing protection, health and safety, zero loss and high efficiency.
According to your actual operation on site, JKM TDC system can be flexibly designed horizontally, vertically or from 0-90 degrees to adapt to the requirements of infinite operation in limited space. It can flexibly enter and exit through any pipe port to achieve fast and smooth conveying.
The JKM TDC system is elegant in appearance and simple in structure. It adopts all stainless steel SUS304 food-grade sanitary design, equipped with polymer disc, conveying passive wheel and super durable stainless steel cable. The food-grade organic glass tube can observe the product conveying and cleaning process at any time. The stainless steel and organic glass tubes are perfectly connected by the SUS304 stainless steel hoop connection tube, ensuring good sealing, preventing the entry of air, water and dust, and smooth and stable delivery. The food-grade disc device facilitates the movement of the chain from the back of the system to the delivery side of the product.
