Product Description
Haitian multi-function Slipform hollow core slab machine is specially designed for the production of hollow core slabs, precast wall panels, t or double t- beams, stadium slabs, rib slabs, lattice girder slabs, lintels, RAM piles, hollow square piles and other pre-stressed concrete elements from 80mm up to 500mm thickness.
To assure production efficiency, we also supply all necessary ancillary equipment from concrete saws, cleaning & oiling machine, plotter and lifting beams.
Details of the production line
1.Concrete flying bucket
Distribution process: flying bucket transport concrete mix from batching plant to the side of concrete distributor. Then hopper of the distributor moves to the bottom of the flying bucket and receive the material.
2.Concrete distributor
The distributor feed concrete mix to the slipformer hollow core slab machine with a hopper volume of 2m3. It runs synchronously with the slipformer machine and supplies power to it.
3.Cutting saw
1.A diamond saw blade with diameter of 800~1200mm can be installed, the maximum cutting height is 500mm;
2.PLC programming automatic control, automatic cutting by fixed length, wireless remote control;
3.The moving speed is adjustable from 0 to 20 m/min.
4.Bed cleaner
This machine can help save labor and improve work efficiency. Equipped with control panel and wireless remote control device for
easy operation. Install a dust suction device to prevent dust pollution.

5.Cover trolley
1.The main function is to lay a heat preservation and moisturizing film on the surface of the half slab before curing, and to take up the film after curing is completed;
