Description
Specifications
One-piece wafer body style or full lug style for dead end service. Both body styles offer bidirectional sealing as standard in conformance with full ASME class 150 and class 300 rating.
Precision machined and hand polished disc to provide a minimum torque and longer seat life.
The top flange is drilled as per EN ISO 5211 to accommodate direct mounting of a wide range of actuators.
Unique torque and groove seat design to body retention. Providing complete isolation of flowing media from the body and making field replacement fast and simple. The seat features a molded O-ring which eliminates the use of flange gaskets. The seat is designed to seal with slip-on or weld-neck flanges.
Triple offset metal seated butterfly valves are widely used in plants and high pressure and high temperature piping system. The metal seat shall be consisted of laminated seat or solid seat.
We can customize an actuator or a valve for you based on your own custom specifications.
