9000 is a one-component, neutral-curing, silicone structural sealant designed for structural bonding sealing of glass, aluminum panel curtain walls and glass roofs and metal structural engineering. It has excellent structural bonding properties and weather resistance. After the artificial accelerated weathering aging test, the physical and chemical properties of the sealant did not change significantly. Use a glue gun to squeeze the glue from the sealant cylinder to the place where the seal is needed. The sealant absorbs moisture in the air at room temperature, solidifies into an elastomer, and forms an effective seal.
1 Product characteristics
Dealcoholic, one-component, neutral curing, no corrosion to metal and coated glass;
Excellent weathering resistance, heat resistance, UV resistance, ozone resistance, water resistance;
Excellent resistance to high and low temperature. After curing, it will not be brittle, harden or crack at -50 ° C, and will not be softened and degraded at 150 ° C, maintaining good strength and elasticity
Excellent adhesion to most building materials;
Rhenium has good compatibility with other neutral silicone adhesives.

3 Restrictions on use
It should not be used in tightly ventilated places, because the silicone structure sealant needs to absorb moisture in the air to solidify;
When the surface temperature of the material is lower than 10 ℃ or higher than 40 ℃, it is not suitable for construction;
Not suitable for frosty or wet surfaces;
It should not be used in places with continuous water immersion or wet places all year round;
Avoid contact with rubber materials (such as rubber strips, rubber pads, etc.) to avoid yellowing;
Avoid contact with acidic or alkaline substances (such as exterior wall cleaning fluid) to avoid discoloration;
Should not be used on all materials that will exudate grease, plasticizers or solvents, such as the surface of oil-soaked wood.

4. Restrictions on use
Cannot be used as a structural sealant;
Cannot be used for curtain wall projects;
Cannot be used for bonding glass;
It cannot be used for sealing the caulking between window frame and glass during the processing of doors and windows;
It should not be used in tightly ventilated places, because the sealant needs to absorb moisture in the air to solidify;
When the surface temperature of the material is lower than 4 ℃ or higher than 40 ℃, it is not suitable for construction;
It should not be used in places with continuous water immersion or humid places all year round.

6. Maintenance

The sealant product is non-toxic after it is completely cured, but avoid contact with the eyes before curing. If contact with the eyes, please rinse with plenty of water and seek medical treatment; uncured products should be kept out of children's reach. During the curing process, small molecular substances will be released. Attention should be paid to ventilation in the construction and curing area to prevent the concentration of small molecular substances from being too large to adversely affect people.
