1. Do you refund sample charge ?
Normally , we refund customer sample charge when total order reach certain amount
2. Can you accept order less than MOQ ?
In that case , we will increase the unit price.
3.What’s the quality control for your products?
After production, we will check the thickness, width, color of the film carefully. Tolerance for the thickness was control within ± 0.02mm. And for each order, we will keep the sample. When the client have the regular order for one model, we can guarantee the quality, thickness and color.
4.How do you make replacement with quality problems?
New replacement will be packed into your next container or send to you directly after receiving video and photo about quality problems.
