2. References for inquired car  from auction market history * it is NOT accurately same as the actual price on the market

3. Agreement (Basic Agreement/Proforma invoice) 

4. Cash Deposit (first order; 100% cash in advance / 2nd order: negotiatable) 

5. Arrangement Auction * you can participate if you need

6. Disclosure for expecting/inquiry cars information on the auction line-up before 2days of auction 

7. Auction day BIT

8. Adjustment of payment within 3 business days after the BIT on the auction

9. Paperworks & Inspection

10. Delivery successful bit cars onto the designated point on Yokohama/Tokyo port
