Vacuum pressure impregnation plant is mainly used for impregnate the motor coils with insulating coating . Under the circumstance of vacuum pressure, motor coil is dehydrated and degassed to reduce the impact of water and air on insulation. And in the impregnation stage, the inner and outer structure is permeated by insulating varnish to upgrade insulation and to improve overall electrical performance.


The purpose of vacuum impregnation is to improve the moisture resistance, heat resistance, electrical conductivity, magnetic conductivity and mechanical properties of coil winding or iron core. The basic requirements of the treatment are that the coil or core is impregnated, filled, glued and formed a tough and elastic coating on its outer surface. Vacuum impregnation equipment is a kind of equipment that coats the paint on the surface of coil or core and penetrates into the internal cracks in the vacuum state. Compared with the general impregnation technology, its main advantages are uniform and compact film, firm adhesion, and better insulation performance of treated coils.
