Q1: What is your packing way?

Generally, sinks are packed in cartons and tub in wooden case with our logo on it. If you want to have your logo on carton, only need to pay the printing costs.

Q2: What are your payment terms?

TT. 30% DP before production, 70% balance before shipment. We will show you the photos of production and package before delivery.

Q3: Can you customized for market?

    Yes, we have R&D team for customized. After received ideal/ drawing/samples from client, we will offer our professional opinion for development. We can build the mold and fixture with drawing for each client. Most of products exported as customized with cUPC &CE certificate.

Q4: What is your production lead time?

   Generally is 20-30 days after purchase order confirmed and received the deposit. Specific delivery time depends on items and order quantity.

Q5: Is sample order accepted?

   Yes, we can supply sample from stock or new production, but customers have to pay the sample cost and courier cost.

Q6: Do you test all your goods before delivery?

  Yes, we have quality control system to make sure products delivered perfect to client.

Q7: How you maintain business and relationship with client for long-term?

   We have international design team keep on updating designs and searching new material for market. We can cooperate with client for new item development for better market. We offer one to one directly communication and after-sales service to each customer.

Q8: What is your warranty time for products?

   3 Years warranty, we have good after-sale-service system, when you
have any problems during use our products related to quality issue, and we can replace the products for you in next shipment.
