A:We are a factory and welcome to visit us at any time.It takes 1 hour if from Wenzhou Airport ,and takes about 30minutes if from Wenzhou train station.We can pick you up if inform us in advance.

A:Yes,we use food grade environmental materials imported in USA and we passed Test of EN71-1,-2,-3.
3.Q:What's your payment term?
A: T/T,L/C,Western Union are available. Usuallly, pre-paid 30% deposit then pay the balance before delivery. You can make Trade Assurance order on Alibaba which can 100% protect quality,shippment and payment.
4.Q:What's the method and time of transportation?
A:By express about 3-5 days,by ship about 20-40days,by air about 3 days.
5.Q:Which port do you export?
A: Ningbo port is recommended strongly as it is closest to us, but other port such as Shanghai is also available.

A:It depends on your order quantity and products. But normally, our production time is 10 to 15 working days after deposit.
7.Q: May i know the production state of my order?
