Product Description


The machine is suitable for cleaning thin wall of small size castings, forging pieces, stampings,gear, spring ,heat treatment workshop and the surface sand burning of fragile workpieces and scale. Sometimes it is also used for surface strength dealing of some parts.(note: you cannot cleaning directly the high temperature parts, deckle-edged parts,so it will damage the caterpillar)

Tumble shot blasting machine

This machine adopts end-to-end metal (or rubber) track to form a space roller, which makes the work roll continuously in the shot blasting process. It is mainly used for shot blasting treatment of various forging heat-treated parts or metal workpieces and can be used alone.

a)the machine is adopt the cantilevered centrifugal blast wheel , it has the advantage of long service life,simple structure.
b)Adopt BE type winnowing separator, it has good effect of separate,and high productivity, it has the positive action to protect the blade.
