First, characteristics 

Appearance: White crystal powder

Purity: 99.9%

Aluminum content: 8.0-8.6%

Boiling point: 191-194℃

Soluble in benzene, methylbenzene, dimethylbenzene, methyl alcohol, insoluble in water.

Second, usage

It is mainly used as curing accelerator for epoxy resin, cross link agent for phenol, silicone, acrylic resin. It can improve adhesive force in white ink, transparent ink and other printing ink while not darken the color. Chelation is reacted between Aluminum acetylacetonate and phenolic antioxidant in the base material&printing ink and paint union, to improve the adhesive force of electron adhesion agent.  

Third, how to use

Pre-treatment must be taken if base material without -OH, -COOH, -NH2, direct use to resin such as PA, NC, PU, PVB, CAB, CAP, EVA and so on.

Fourth, recommended amount

Acrylics PSA (solvent) bridging agent amount is about 1/1000. Amount is variable according to the effects in summer and winter.
