Introduction of fruit pitting machine                      

 

The machine is mainly used for peach, apricot and other nuclear fruit to pit at room temperature. The pulp production line of nuclear fruit is one of the important equipments. The core of peach and apricot are removed by rotating toothed roller and cot to obtain massive pulp. The distance between the two rollers depends on the different fruits.

 

 

 

The principle of fruit pitting machine                     

 

The fruit is fed into the feed hopper by the front equipment, and the fruit pressing plate is driven by the crank connecting rod mechanism to press the fruit between the two rollers. The two rollers turn to each other, most of the pulp on the fruit is pressed into the gap of the toothed roller, the core is squeezed in the elastic rubber roller, and the comb plate digs out the pulp from the gap of the toothed disc. The core with pulp enters the nucleus washing part to complete the separation of pulp and nucleus.
