Concrete Roofing Ready Used One Component Waterproofing Coating Mesiden Colorful Paint is an liquid-applied ready used highly permanent elastic, cold applied and cold curing one component polyurathane (PU) membrane which is widely used for concrete substrates to achieve a long lasting solutions of waterproofing problems.
It is maded by pure elastomeric hydrophobic polyurathane resins, which will be able to form a elstomeric and long lasting membrane on the substrates to stop the water leaking problems. It is quite different from the oil-based (solvent-based) products. It is formulated by waterbased ( solvent-free) pure polyurathane resins and various hydrophobic agents to achieve excellent waterproofing performance.

Installation Instructions
How to apply our coating?
1)Moisture the substrate: Before coating, moisture the substrate slightly and evenly with roller.
2)Mixing: Stir the elastomeric waterproof roof coating thoroughly until achieving a uniform consistency.
3)Multi-layer Coating: Normally we will suggest to coating for 2 – 3 layers, but most are 2 layers. Take out the coating from the barrel and shake it up evenly and slightly before application. Then apply the coating with the roller. Try to coating at the same direction so as to make sure each place has been coated. After the first coating is done, let it cure for around 20 minutes (real curing time will base on real application temperature) to meet surface dry. 20 minutes later, touch by hand to see whether the surface has dried up, and then do the second coating. For the second coating, normally we will suggest to coat in the opposite direction of the first coating so as to make sure that every place has been coated. The same as the third coating. Apply the final coat to achieve uniform, neat smooth coating and allow it to dry completely.
4)Matters need attention: It will take around 24 to 48 hours for the coating dries up completely if under the temperature of 25 degree. Please apply the coating in sunny weather and temperature between 5 degree to 35 degree and relative humidity should below 85%.and make sure that there will be no raining in 24 -48 hours after coating is done.
5)Curing: Keep the applied coating to cure for a minimum of 3 days prior to subjecting it for foot traffic.
6)Substrate Preparation: Make sure the substrate clean, no obvious particles like sands on it, keep it smooth, no water, no oil and no grease, etc. Any major damages in the concrete, tiled roofs, sheet metal roofs or timber roofs should be repaired prior to application. Hairline cracks and small holes can be ignored, as the thick membrane will bridge small imperfections of the substrate. Cracked roofing or other structural joints prone to movement must be treated with a fiberglass reinforced polyesterscrim. A heavy brushed coat of elastomeric waterproof roof coating is applied and the fiberglass reinforced polyester scrim is pressed firmly into the wet coat, without being pushed into any wide gaps.
