Main Feature:

Operation steps:

The photoelectric switch is fixed to make the detection distance meet the requirements. According to the wrapping paper you use, refer to the light source selection guide table below, determine the switching light source (take green as an example) and then decide whether the output mode is bright or dark according to your mechanical needs. Finally, adjust the sensitivity according to the following three steps (the following is about light packaging mark and dark back as an example according to the mode of output brightening).

(1) Move the wrapping paper so that the projection point falls in the shadow area after the marking, reverse the sensitivity to the end, and then slowly rotate clockwise until the indicator lights just turn on. Remember the potentiometer position (point A) at this time.

(2) Move the wrapping paper again so that the spotlight falls in the center of the mark. At this time, the indicator lights on, and then slowly rotates and adjusts the twist counterclockwise until the indicator lights just go out. Remember the twist position at this time (point B).

(3) After completing the above two steps correctly, the potentiometer can be twisted at the middle C position between points A and B, and the adjustment is completed. The greater the distance between A and B points, the greater the color difference and the more stable the detection. But point A and point B should be at least one space apart, otherwise the detection will be unstable.

Matters needing attention:

1. Be sure to check whether the power supply used conforms to DC10-30V+10% before switching on, and the maximum is not more than 40V. Otherwise, the photoelectric switch may be damaged.

2. In order to ensure high stability detection, two points should be ensured: first, the detection distance conforms to the specified rated detection distance. If the detection distance is 12 + 2 mm, the detection distance must be 12 mm during installation, so that the switch can have a vibration-proof stable area of up and down 4 mm, while the vibration-proof area of up and down will be greatly reduced when the detection distance is 10 mm. Secondly, the sensitivity should be adjusted strictly according to the operation steps. And every change of no-packaging materials should be readjusted.

3. When installing, strong light should be prevented from directly entering the optical lens or appropriate shading measures should be taken.

4. Temperature, humidity, vibration, impact and other corrosive gases in the working environment may affect the operation of photoelectric switches. Please take care to eliminate these effects as far as possible.

5. Pay attention to the cleaning of the optical lens in peacetime. When installing, try to avoid the lens standing up to reduce dust.
