A: We are factory.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it's 3-7 days if standard uncoiler machines are in stock. Or it's 15-20 days if need customization
Q: How long is the warranty time?
A: 1 year warranty. If any quality problems on our side occured in this period ,we will take on the shipping cost and replacement.
Q: How does your factory do regarding quality control?
A: Quality is priority. Hong-Er People always attach great importance to quality control from the very beginning to the end of the production. Every product will be fully assembled and carefully tested before it's packed for shipment.
Q: Do you sell ONLY standard machines?
A: No, most of our machines are made according to customers specifications, using international brand components.
Q: What is your terms of payment?
