The water-cooled engine of Hewlett Packard 300 increases the space of the middle tank greatly, the gas convection in the tank is more smooth, the oil temperature is significantly lower than that of the ordinary engine, and the oil filling volume is 1400ml;

4. Optimize the transmission system, widen and strengthen the main and auxiliary shafts of each gear and wear-resistant clutch to improve the reliability of the transmission system;

5. Heat engine optimization and strengthening:

The cylinder body is made of all cast iron, which improves the reliability of the heat engine;

As the enhanced upgrade product of CG engine, the Hewlett Packard 200 water-cooled engine can be used in almost all of the current CG series engines;

The cooling system adopts the impeller with large pump water volume, which makes the temperature of the whole machine greatly reduced;

8. Optimize the exhaust gas circulation system:

Double gear cover and cylinder head cover exhaust gas circulation balance system is adopted for the exhaust gas circulation of the whole machine;

9. Optimize the clutch mechanism:

The clutch adopts carbon fiber friction plate, pressure plate with steel plate structure, center sleeve and clutch with damping spring to improve the backup coefficient and reliability of the clutch.
