During the manufacturing process of stainless steel wire rope, due to the residual drawing stress and twisting stress, the steel wire will be loose. Loose wire rope is not easy to use, but also affects its service life due to poor fatigue performance.

(1) Improve the fatigue performance of stainless steel wire rope by about 40%, thus extending the service life of stainless steel wire rope.
(2) When the stainless steel wire rope is cut, the strands and steel wires will not fall apart, and still maintain their own position and the size of the twist pitch, so as not to damage the structure of the stainless steel wire rope.
(3) There is close contact between the strands in the rope and the rope core, and between the steel wires in the strand. In the process of use, the structure has a small elongation, and the twisting length and the diameter of the stainless steel wire rope change little.
(4) The flexibility of the stainless steel wire rope is improved and becomes soft; the backlash is very small, and no curling buckle is formed; the non-rotation performance is improved.
