FAQ:

1. Q. Can floor tile be used on wall/outdoors?

    A. Yes, but wall tile is never recommended for floor use.

2.Q. Should a sealer be used on ceramic tile?

    A. A glazed tile is already stain proof, so there is no purpose to putting on a sealer. You may put a penetrating sealer on your unglazed  tile or your grout joints. The penetrating sealer is an invisible, stain resistant shield that is absorbed into the surface.

3.Q. How much breakage should I expect with an order?

   A. It is not unusual to have 2% - 3% of the tile broken. Any amount up to 10% is still considered acceptable. These damaged tiles can be  used for the cuts you will need to make. If breakage is above 10%, we would ask you to have it noted on the logistics receiving document and take pictures. Please make a claim with us within 10 days of receiving the order.

4.Q. Can I purchase just one box of tile before I place my full order?

    A. We’re unable to sell individual boxes of tile due to shipping costs. The cost to safely ship one box of tile can be more than five times the amount of the actual tile.

5.Q. With so many different STYLES and MATERIALS, how do I choose the right product for me?
   A. There is no such thing as a "right" or "wrong" product, just the product which is best suited to the use it is required for. Therefore, it's a good idea to identify the requirements of your project first, then you can let yourself wander among the wide range of designs and colours, relying entirely on your own taste.

6.Q. What are some basic tile care instructions for Porcelain and Ceramic?
    A. Porcelain and ceramic tile is resistant to germs and bacteria and it is also among the easiest of flooring materials to clean. You can clean your porcelain tile with a damp sponge mop. A solution of 1/4 cup of white vinegar to 2 gallons of water works best- allowing time for drying. You can also sweep or vacuum. Although the glaze of a tile is impervious, it is still possible for its surface to discolor from certain chemicals.

7.Q. Can I store the tiles for a while before installing them?
   A. As long as they are kept in their boxes and away from moisture, they will be fine.

8.Q. Will the floor be stained by soda, wine or acids?
   A. If it is correctly sealed, it will not absorb stains. Soda, wine, acids, etc.

9.Q. Can you make custom colors?
   A. Yes, we can match and OEM most colors and designs.
