1. Can I get free samples before placing the orders? Yes, sure. We are happy to offer 2 sets of free samples for your quality checking but customers should pay the freight cost. If custom designs, it will cost sample charge. The sample charge can be refundable when order is confirmed.
2. How can I get the samples? We usually send sample by UPS, DHL, FEDEX and TNT. If you have own carrier account, it would be fine to send the sample with your account. You can pay for the freight charge to our PayPal if you do not have the account.
3. Can | print Logo on the products? Sure, it is better to send us your logo for our reference.
4. How many colors are available? We can do any color according to your request, please tell us the Pantone color number.
5. Do you offer customized packaging? Yes. All of our products can be packed as per your special request.
6. Can I get a discount? Yes, we can give you discount according to the order quantity. More quantity, more discount.
