 1. What is your MOQ?
Usually,our MOQ is 2000pcs. But we accept lower quantity for your trial order. Please feel free to tell us how many pieces you
need, we will calculate the cost correspondingly

2. Can I Get samples?
Of course, we usually provide existing sample for free, however a little sample charge is needed for custom designs. Samples
charge is refundable when order is up to a certain quantity.

3. How long is the lead time of the samples?
For existing samples, it takes 2-5 days.
If you want your own design, it takes 5-10 days

4. How long is the production lead time?
It takes 15 days for MOQ. We have a large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.

5. What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?
We have our own designer in house. JPG, AI, CDR or PDF are all ok.
We will make a 3D drawing for mold or printing screen for your final confirmation.

6. How many colors are available?
PSM colors. Tell us the Pantone color code you need. We will match it.
