A. we provide 1 year warranty for all video card we sell . If confirmed to be our quality problem , we will bear shipping cost for you .
Q2.How long does the battery work and how to charge it?
A. Usually 500mah battery can work above 80 minutes , 1200mah can work above 120mins . Charge by USB cable.
Q3. How long of the video can be updated ? what video format it support ? how to upload ?
A. it depend on the video capacity, usually our memory capacity is 128MB to 4GB (software take about 40MB) can upload video up to 4GB . Support AVI ,Mp4 etc video format . Connect video card to computer by USB cable , then you can transfer data .
Q4. Can you provide samples?
A. Yes , we can provide samples for you and customized you design as well, sample charge can be refund after confirm an order .
Q5. How to ship?
A. we have forwarder in China, can shipping to any Countries , if shipping by air , we can provide MSDS report . we have professional tracking service until your goods arrive at the destination.
