1. What kind of payment you can accept?
We are accept T/T or L/C at sight payment .
2. Can you provide the free sample before I placed the purchase order to you?
I am sorry, We do not accept the free sample, twice value of samplewill be needed .And will return to you after you first order.
3. Is here any color difference between the real sample and pictures?
All pictures are taken from the real samples, Since the environment, computer monitor’s color difference, It might be slight color difference. We are appreciated your understanding for it.
4. Why the goods will be out of stock
We will do our best to keep all production in stock. But some hot sale will be sold in short time, So we need time to prepare them again. Also we will get rid of the stale and bring forth the fresh every season, Some style will be take out from the website also.
5. What is the minimal order quantity for wholesale price?
The minimal mix order quantity is 100pcs with different designs.
6. How do you make the shipment?
We can arrange the EXPRESS or FORWARDER for you. Each delivery fee will be checked with you before arranged.
7. How long I can get the goods?
If the goods in stock, we will ship them to you within 3days.
If not in stock, we need 15-20days to prepare them.
For EXPRESS: 3-5 days to your hand after I send out,
For FORWARDER: 30 days to your hand after I send out.
8. How can I do if I do not like the Faux Fur Collar after received the Faux Fur Collar?
Pls check the scarf within 7days after you received and the Fur Faux Collar have not used,
if there is quality problems, we will unconditionally provide you exchange service, besides corresponding freight will be paid by our company.
If the client mention the quality problems out of 7days, your goods will not be returned.
