     GUIBAO 563 general purpose silicone sealant is designed for

l  Watertight seal for the joints of glass, ceramics and other decoration materials

l  Joint seal for wall, floor, ceiling, foot lines

l  Perimeter seal of home decorations

l  Sealing and fixing application in furniture manufacture

 

   TYPICAL PROPERTIES

    These values are not intended for use in preparing specifications

    

 

     LIMITATIONS

     GUIBAO 563 should not be applied:

l  As structural glazing sealant

l  As mirror silicone sealant or mildewproofing silicone sealant

l  To the surfaces requiring painting on sealant

l  For continuous water immersion

l  To underground joint

l  To asphalt surfaces

l  When surface temperature below 4℃ or over 50℃

 

    STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE

     GUIBAO 563 should be stored in original unopened containers. It has a shelf life of 12 months from the date of             manufacture.

 

      HOW TO USE

    Surface Preparation

    Clean all joints removing all foreign matter and contaminants such as oil, grease, dust, water, frost, old sealants, surface dirt, or      glazing compounds and protective coatings.

 

     Application Method

    Apply GUIBAO563 in a continuous operation using dispensing guns. Before a skin forms, tool the sealant with light               pressure to spread the sealant against the joint surfaces.

 

    SAFETY INFORMATION

l  GUIBAO 563 is a chemical product, not edible, no implantation into body and should be kept away from children.

l  Cured silicone rubber can be handled without any risk to health.

l  Should uncured silicone sealant contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical treatment if irritation persists.

l  Avoid prolonged exposure of skin to uncured silicone sealant.

l  Good ventilation is necessary for work and cure places.
