Yes, we have passed ISO, SGS, CE and ANSI certifications.

2  How about the Quality & QC?

All products comply with CE, and part of safety shower & eye wash also meet ANSI standard. 100% QC during production and before shipment.

3  What about the delivery time?

It usually takes 3-5 working days for small order and 10-15 working days for big order. Our factory always keeps some standard models in stock.

4  What’s your payment terms?

We usually accept T/T and Western Union.

5  Could I use my own logo?

Yes, logo can be made by laser engraving, labeling, printing as requests.

6  Could I get 1pc sample or place a small order at first time?

Sure. Sample or small order is available for quality check and market test.

7  How long to make a sample?

3~15 working days which depends on the samples' complexity.

8  Is the sample fee refundable or not?

It can be refundable once formal order confirmed.

9  Could you help me design new items according to my own ideas?
