Product Description
RTT5000 temperature transmitter can measure a variety of process temperatures to meet high, medium and low process measurement requirements. The measuring element in the temperature sensor complies with DIN 43735-1. The temperature sensor can be used with or without a transmitter. The transmitter integrated in the junction box measures the resistance value (thermocouple, voltage) of the measuring element, and then It is converted into a signal (4~ 20 mA, PROFIBUS or FOUNDATION fieldbus). The signal is transmitted via the process control cable.

Intelligent 2-wire current-transmitting LCD digital display transmitter
The digital display transmitter only uses two lines of input and output to be connected in series to the 4-20mA transmitter loop, and the amount of current passed can be displayed in decimal digitally according to the set range, linearly and correspondingly. The transmitter loop current is used as both the input signal of the display meter and the working power of the display meter. The B model of this watch uses a high-brightness backlight display. The numbers can be clearly seen in strong and dark environments.
Support tube
The support tube is located between the installation sheath and the junction box. It is used to connect the sensor and the installation sheath, and serves as a cooling section to isolate the electronic components in the junction box from the measured medium. The curve shown in Figure 3 is the length of the support pipe The relationship with the temperature at the junction box shows that the support tube can usually be selected as K = 130 mm. If the support tube is selected as a union, the minimum length is K = 25 mm.
