Foundry Sand Moulding machine is a kind of casting machinery.
It is mainly used for making sand moulds.
Jolt squeeze Moulding machine is suitable for small-scale and batch production of castings. It can be used on casting productionlines or used alone. It can complete the processes of compaction and molding.
His main function is to fill sand into flask for compaction, shake and compact the loose sand in the sand box by molding machine,
and then take it out of the mold to complete the process. Our standard molding machine is a micro-shock compaction moldingmachine, which uses air pressure to apply pressure to the molding sand in the sand box through a pressure head or pattern to compact the molding sand and has certain action noise.

Characteristics of Multi-contact Molding Machine

2. The machine is under pressure in

- Preparations before starting the machine
1. Fill the gas-oil converter (oil storage tank) with 30# oil to the specified height.
2. Open the drain valve of the water distribution filter and drain all the accumulated water.
3. The oil sprayer is filled with 30# engine oil. 4. Add lubricating oil to each lubricating point.
5. Check the control valve, of which valve # 1 is in the contact return position (i.e. the middle position), valve # 2 is in the multi-contact device return position, and valve # 3 is in the middle position.
