Operation Instruction
One
Enclose the product (the original model) with four plastic plates or wooden plates
Two
Clean your products and brush a layer of release agent (detergent or soap water) on your product.
Three
Stir part A 100g and part B 100g with 1:1 mixing ratio evenly. And get the mixture for vacuum-pumping. (If there is no vacuum machine, you can just pour the mixture slowly from the corner so that less bubbles caused)
Four
Pour the mixture with correct mixing ratio into the model frame. After about 2-4 hours, when the silicone cured, get out the original model, and there you get a finished addition cured silicone mold.
Note: the time for vacuum-pumping should be less than 3-5mins, otherwise, once the silicone rubber has cross-link reaction during vacuum. it will not be operated.

FAQ
1.Why is the tear strength of the silicone mold weak?
In order to reduce the viscosity of silicone rubber and pursue a good quality, you may add a lot of silicone oil into the silicone rubber when making molds.
In fect, it might have just the opposite effect. The tension and tear strength will be reduced badly with the addition of silicone oil. And the silicone molds will be ina weak and flimsy manner.
2. Why could silicone mold be reused only for a few times?
It can be due to the following reasons:
A: Adding too much silicone oil to silicone rubber. Silicone oil is an additive which destroy the mole cular weight of silicone
rubber and reduce the tension and tear strength.
B: Using the silicone rubber with a high hardness to make molds for small sized products with delicate and intricate designs, and the silicone rubber with a low hardness to make molds for large sized products with simple designs.
Notes: we should choose the silicone rubber specifically according to the requirement of our products to avoid this problem.
