Pulse Generator tungsten carbide valve disc for drilling tools

      Carbide wear parts are widely used in broken drill measuring instruments, such as mushroom head (main spool), restrictor ring, restrictor chamber, valve seat, nozzle, poppet valve, nose cap, etc. These products are mainly used in these products. Drilling equipment, drilling mud diversion, erosion, sealing and feedback of pulse signals.

1. Rotor: Used in the pulse generator assembly, the mud flows through the rotation and the internal components of the pulse are coupled to allow the pulse to generate electricity.

2. Stator: Change the flow state of the mud in the flushing pipe.

6. Current limiting ring: Installed in the restrictor ring seat, the mushroom head expands and contracts to change the pressure signal of the mud column to transmit wireless signals.
7. Grinding sleeve: It is installed in the body of the flow tube and has very good erosion resistance.

   Tungsten carbide material features extreme wear resistance and hardness. The material is typically forged by the reaction of tungsten (W) metal and carbon (C) at 1400 to 2000°C. The result is a grey powder that can be pressed and formed into virtually any shape. When processing the powder into a shape, manufacturers use either a nickel or cobalt-bonding agent. Several chemical compositions can be used to provide better properties for varying applications.
