working principle:
1 The chocolate slurry and other raw materials spray the products on the conveyor belt through the action of the high-pressure storage tank and the automatic spray head. The belt polishing machine can adjust the spray head according to different product characteristics to achieve the spray flow size, spray time and atomization Spray.
2 The core material is tumbled and rotated at high speed under the action of a chain conveyor, and the slurry is sprayed evenly on the surface of the core material under the control of the spray head. The equipment uses cold and hot air to automatically convert and adjust product feeding and polishing.
3 The equipment adopts electronic weighing to automatically detect the material weight, and the equipment's formula production automatically recognizes the material weight and the formula ratio. The operation is simple without manual weighing and feeding.
