Features

LG-998 is two-component, neutral  fast curing , high flexibility, high modulus with excellent performance silicone sealant.

Without primer to most building materials can be obtained excellent bonding and sealing properties,

and has good extension, watertight and so on.

Products formed after curing cold, heat, corrosion-free elastomer, excellent weather resistance, aging resistance, UV resistance, high and low temperature performance and resistance to ozone pollution to the environment.

Component A of this product is white,  and B is black,

A / B component by volume ratio of 10:1 (mass ratio 12:1) mixed use, mixed color is black.

Have good compatibility with other silicon sealant of Ruentec.

Instructions for use

Before mix the A and B part, the user can also change the mixing ratio according to actual needs,(volume ratio between 8:1 ~ 12:1).

In the outdoor temperature environment, don't construct when the substrate surface temperature exceeds 40 °C. 

Prior to use adhesive materials compatibility testing to confirm compliance before construction.

Construction materials in contact with the structure of the surface must be clean and dry.

Construction Abstract

It is not suit to all leaking oil, plasticizer or solvent surface.

Not for frost or wet surface.

Not suitable for long-term immersion or wet places throughout the year.

B component can be react with water vapor in the air, don't  exposure in the air for long.

Safety

It will be cast out of volatile compounds before and during the curing, it will be harmful to health if inhale high concentrations of volatile compounds in long time. Therefore, please pay more attention to maintain good ventilation in the work place.

It is not good to touch the sealant directly for a long time. If it inadvertently enter in the eyes, rinse  with plenty of water immediately , if necessary, please ask the doctor for help.

Cured silicone sealant will not release harmful substances, it would not jeopardize the skin too.

If swallow the silicone sealant, please ask the medical treatment  immediately .

Keep the children away from it before curing, if swallow, should ask for  medical help immediately.
