Propolis - a resinous substance collected by bees from various plants. Peculiar smell like the smell of honey and wax, poplar and birch buds, vanillin. Honey with propolis is the thickest of the series with the addition of honey. Its consistency is similar to fat yogurt. This is easily worth a hill in the spoon. The first notes are very neutral, you feel a pleasant, slightly sweetish sticky mass, but later the taste of propolis reveales - a nice and bitter with a slight pine aroma. It may seem overly harsh and even sharp.
