Abstract
Degreasing furnace is a kind of mechanical equipment which uses heating method to make the grease on the workpiece surface volatilize and burn away.By combining with the exhaust gas purification furnace, the exhaust gas produced when degreasing can be purified, thus protecting the environment.After the degreasing treatment of the object can be dedicated to the next process.
Principle
Heating on five sides (furnace door and resistance wire at the bottom, silicon carbon rod on both sides and the back), three sets of independent temperature control appliances, one set of furnace door, one set of furnace bottom on both sides and one set of rear.The inlet is at the bottom of the furnace and the inlet flow can be adjusted by a valve.
Performance Feature
It can deal with almost all waste gas containing organic compounds and can deal with organic waste gas with low air volume and high concentration. The treatment of organic exhaust gas flow rate is very elastic, can adapt to organic exhaust gas composition and concentration of VOC changes, fluctuations. It is insensitive to small amounts of dust and solid particles in the exhaust gas and has the highest thermal efficiency of all thermal combustion purification methods (for 95%).
Control Panel
Adopt intelligent temperature controller, equipped with standard PID, artificial intelligence adjustment APID or MPT and other adjustment methods, with self-tuning, self-learning function, no overshoot and no underadjustment excellent control characteristics, with 30 program control function.
Chamber and heating elements
Using three layers of insulation, respectively: aluminum silicate fibreboard, aluminum oxide fibreboard, aluminum oxide (polycrystalline) fibreboard, energy-saving effect is the old-fashioned electric furnace more than 60%.Different types of heating elements are selected according to customers' temperature requirements.
Hot Air Circulation
The hot air circulation blade is made of 310S stainless steel, the highest temperature can reach 1250 ℃, the rotating motor is cooled by circulating water, and the speed is stepless regulated by the frequency converter.The hot air circulation can ensure the constant temperature field in the sintering process.
Product Usage
It is widely used in the sintering of ceramic powder, ceramic core and other zirconia ceramics in degreasing furnace, the sintering of diamond saw blade, and the annealing of copper and steel strip in degreasing furnace. It can also be used for high temperature sintering and heat treatment of thick film circuit, thick film resistance of degreasing furnace, electrode of electronic component of degreasing furnace, LTCC, steel heater, solar panel and other similar products.
Packing&Shipping
The normal package is the wooden box(Size: L*W*H). If export to European countries, the wooden box will be fumigated.If the container is too tight, we will use pe film for packing or pack it according to customers special request.
