The rain light sensor includes rainfall detection and ambient light detection.
* Rainfall detection function: When the wiper switch is in automatic (intermittent) gear, RLS periodically transmits infrared light in real time, and filters and calculates the received infrared signal. According to the state change of the wiper motor reset signal, sample receiving, smoothing, Logical budgets such as real-time differential calculations and multi-order differential operations, RLS calculates the currently required rain scratch brush level and sends the wiper level to the BCM via the LIN bus.
* Ambient light detection function, real-time periodic sampling of two light sensors: Ambient light sensor and Far-sight sensor, perceive the strength and weakness of external light under different road conditions, and automatically control the switch of the DBL.
