This machine is an all-in-one machine of automatic 3D folding mask. From the feeding of cloth to the completion of automation of finished products, including upper bridge strip, printing, spot welding of elastic ear belt, folding, forming, welding and cutting of finished products, waste removal, and finished product output. It can realize full automatic production on a machine, and   only needs one person to operate.

2. Can make the mask of 2-5 layer raw per required.

3. Machine is with nose clip insertion device: the nose clip can be inserted during producing, then following fold welding and forming function. It can save labor and time.

4. Servo motor drive, with automatic counting function, PLC control, can guarantee exact dimension of mask.

5. Output of low-speed machine is 30-35 pieces/min, while output of high-speed machine is 45-60 pieces/min.
