Shipping Methods
For sample order: Shipping method is air shipping. Options would be FedEx, DHL, UPS, TNT etc.
For Bulk order: Both air shipping or sea shipping are acceptable. Salers will recommend you the cheaper and more convernient shipping method.
For Russia, Uzbekistan and some inland countries, train or truck would be a better option. Detailed shipping cost would be quoted by our sales after confirming the quantity you want and your address.

Q: How's about the goods package? Is the customized OEM packing & logo accepted?
A: Usually with neutral packing: Plastic bag+ boxes. Then 5/10 boxes put into a carton. All cartons packed in one pallet. Also, OEM packing is available for free.
Q: How much the freight would be?
A: It depends on your area, we used TNT/FedEx/DHL for samples, sea-shipping for bulk quantity order. But cost-saving and fast efficiency can be guaranteed.
Q: Is there any discount for large quantity?
A: Yes, definitely. It depends upon what and how many you ordered. Our discount support is always open for you.
Q: What is the lead time for delivery?
A: Usually 7-15 days after payment (deposit). This time includes production time, and testing time before leaving factory.
Q: Is there any policy for the problem goods?
A: Yes, if the quality problem caused by us, please contact with our sales directly, and we will take the cost, and replace you new one etc.; if the product problem is caused by customers, then customers will take the costs for new one. We don't accept any unreasonable return back.
