TC200 Coating Thickness Gauge
This thickness gauge is built-in both Ferrous and Non-Ferrous mode. It can be widely used in kinds of metal coating thickness
measurement which is your indispensable tool in non-destructive testing. The instrument can automatically recognize the material
to be tested and choose the correct measurement mode.
Introduction:
The thickness gauge is used to measure the thickness of the plated and coated sheet on metal, e.g paint/enamel/chrome on steel,
paint and anodizing coating on aluminum/copper. The gauge takes the precision integrated probe, and used principles of
elector-magnetic induction and the eddy current effect, which automatically detects the attribute of substrates.
Function introduction:
1. Full view large screen LCD display 2. The screen has its own backlight function. 3. Fe&NFe integrated probe can automatically
measure iron-based surface coating and non magnetic base coating on aluminum. 4. It is more convenient to measure the readings. 5.
The sides of the fuselage are covered with glue and silicon to prevent slip and enhance the handle. 6. It has the function of
automatic shutdown, power saving, 5 minutes without operation, automatic shutdown and power saving.
