FS6122 series medical CPAP sensor module is specially designed for home medical CPAP system (continuous positive pressure ventilation system) flow sensor.The sensor is integrated with a MEMS mass flow chip and a MEMS pressure chip to provide the necessary output signals for the CPAP system.The package of the sensor is very small, and the air inlet and outlet are different from the ISO22mm interface design, which provides high precision and fast response mass flow and pressure signals, while its own pressure loss and dead cavity is very small.
