Abstract
Using Super alloy resistance wire as the chamber heating elements(Different temperature requirements the different heating elements and ceramic board will be using), it is designed for universities, research institutes, laboratories and industrial and mining enterprises for ceramics, metallurgy, electronics, glass, chemicals, machinery, refractories, new material development, special materials, building materials, Special equipment developed for sintering, melting, analysis, and production of metal,non-metal, and other materials.
Control Panel
The control panel is equipped with an intelligent temperature controller to control the power switch, main heating work/stop button, voltage, current meter, and computer interface so that the working status of the system can be observed at any time. This product uses a reliable integrated circuit, and the working environment is good. Interference, the maximum temperature when the furnace shell temperature ≤ 45 °C greatly improves the working environment, programmable curve, flexible and convenient, simple operation.
Super Alloy Resistance Wire
Ni-crresistancewire (contains molybdenum)has the high resistivity,Good corrosion resistance at high temperature, especially suitable for use in an atmosphere containing sulfur and sulfide, low resistance temperature coefficient,and high operating temperature. normally maximum using temperature is under 1200c below, Continuous is under 1100c.
Silicon carbide rod(Sic)
Silicon carbon rod is made of high purity green hexagonal silicon carbide as the main raw material, according to a certain ratio of processing and blank, after 2200℃ high temperature silicon recrystallization sintering and made of rod, tubular non-metal high temperature heating element.It is usually used below 1600 degrees Celsius.
Silicon molybdenum rod(Mosi2)
Mosi2 resistive heating element, based on molybdenum disilicide, resistant to high temperature and oxidation.When used in a high-temperature oxidizing atmosphere, a layer of bright and dense silica (SiO2) glass film is formed on the surface, which can protect the inner layer of the si-mo rod from oxidation.Normoly using under 1800 degrees Celsius.
