Q1. How to customize my own Coffee Cup
A1: For customized color for the lid, inner cup or outer cup, simply send the Pantone code of the color;
       For custom printing, pls kindly send us the artwork in Vector Format
       For custom decoration, pls let us know the details

Q2. How to apply a sample 
A2: The sample order is always welcome.

       The samples without any customization will be available generally within 1-3 days;

       The samples with customization take generally 5-10 days, depends on the detailed requirements.

       The sample cost is refundable sometimes, but the freight cost is always paid by the receiver.

Q3. What about MOQ
A3: The normal MOQ is 1000pcs per item, and we accept small qty orders for our stock item .

        BTW, most of our key accounts order FCL every batch.

Q4. How many days for production
A4: The production time is generally 15-25 days, depends on the order details and our real-time 
        production schedule when the order placed.

Q5. What about the package
A5: The routine packing method is that 12pcs per tray then 48pcs per carton.

       The customized package is acceptable.

Q6. What about shipping method
A6: Generally, we ship the goods by sea, if you required by train, or by air, by express, is aceepted. it's up to you.
