Tube
The tube is cut from ERW tube GB/T13792-92, AS1450 and other equivalent standards for conveyor roller tube and is precision machined to fit the housing to ensure concentricity strictly.

The shafts are cold drawn mild steel-polished round bars
Shaft retention is positive using circlip at both ends to prevent the shell from breaking away from the shaft.
