The shipping cost depends on the location of the destination port and the total volume of the goods. We can calculate it after you confirm the quantity.
Do you accept a sample order?
Yes. But you have to pay for the sample fee(the extra production cost) and shipping cost. However, the sample fee will be repaid if you place the mass production order.
Do you accept a customized order?

What if there is quality problem when we get the goods?
If there is quality problem when you unpacking the goods, you can take pictures for our reference. Our quality inspector will check the problem and find the best possible solutions, namely replace some parts and fittings,etc.
