1. How about the pipes thickness?

Normally, the thickness will be SCH10/SCH40 series, Light/Med series etc, if the quantity is big, we can produce steel pipes according customers’ request.

2. What are the standards of the fire fighting pipes which your factory could produce?

We can produce steel pipes according ASTM A795 / A135 / A53 with UL/FM Approvals, Besides, we also can produce BS1387/DIN2440 steel pipes without UL/FM Approvals, but we can control the quality according to the exact demands.

 First of all, we have established long term firm cooperation relationship with the steel mills, the raw steel coils quality can be assured.

Second, we have comprehensive lab to make test on the process of pipes production at any time.

Third, we will apply the eddy current test when producing pipes.

Fourth, we will apply water pressure test for each pipe.

Finally, we will have the final inspection after the production finished before shipment.

5. How about the package of the finished pipes?

The package style will be international standard, we will use plastic sheet to cover the pipes bundle, and then use galvanized steel strip to pack 2+2+2 to assure the pipes bundle is firm and safe.
