1.Application:
This kind of machine is applicable to the materials such as cashmere,camel’s hair and yak’s hair,etc…It is mainly used to carding the raw hairs,extract fine wool,remove coarse hairs and fur scraps from them,and finally process them into qualified fine hairs for the next procedure.
2.Structure features:
(1)The feeding part is made up of the feed plate and the pressure feed roller.For adopting the on-machine lever spring and the eccentric operating handle,It makes the operations convenient and reliable
(2)In the opening roller and the mote knife part,hairs can be opened completely,in order to remove the trashes and the coarse hairs.
(3)In the Cylinder and the revolving flat parts,more coarse hairs,fur scraps and short hairs can be removed from the hairs that have been carded completely.
(4)With new Stripper bar, the structure is simple, compact and reliable.
(5)On the right end of the taker-in, a taker-in speed switch is installed to detect the taker-in speed so as to prevent squeezing.
(6)Adopt the partially-enclosed type protective cover for the whole machine,and the switch is fixed on the right front side,clean and safe,convenient to operate with beautiful appearance.
(7)Users can equip an self-feeder through which to control the feeding amount by a photoelectric switch according to your requirements.
