Fibre-Reinforced Plastic or FRP pultruded profiles is a composite material consisting of reinforcing fibres thermosetting resins and other materials such as fillers. Glass fibre is generally used as a reinforcing material and polyester resins are usually used as bending agent. An FRP structure typically consists of unsaturated polyester resin. It is applied to a mould in combination with reinforcement, which most commonly glass fibre, to form a part that is rigid, highly durable and low in weight.


Composite FRP pultruded series profiles are mainly manufactured using synthetic resin and reinforced with glass fiber. We can supply various frp products.

Processing Technique:


FRP Pultrusion production is a continous production process to produce fiberglass reinforced polymer profiles of any length and contstant section.Reinforce-ment fibers may be roving,continous mat,woven robing,carbon or others.The fibers are impregnated with polymer matrix (resin,minerals,pigments,additives) and passed through a pre-forming station that produces the stratification necessary to give the profile the desired properties,After the pre-forming step,the resin-impregnated fibers are pulled through a heated die to polymerize the resin.
