PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
Rennet cheese ripened Gouda has a high nutritional value,high bio availability of the ingredients and the possibility of long-term storage.
During the ripening of cheese ingredients are large changes as a consequence of the nature and quality of the cheese.
INGREDIENTS:
Pasteurized milk, salt, stabilizer: calcium chloride, preservative: potassium nitrate lactic acid bacteria, rennet, color: annatto.
CHARACTERISTIC:
Light yellow, uniform throughout the mass.
Mild, delicate, slightly nutty, aromatic, light aftertaste pasteurization may be slightly acidic, with slightly spicy cheese elderly.
WEIGHT: About 3,8kg blocks
STORAGE: Temp. min. 0 ° C, max. + 10 ° C, magazine dark or bright.
PACKAGING: Packaging bags are shrink-type cryovac.
TRANSPORTATION: The cheese should be transported in refrigerated vehicles at storage temperature.
SHELF LIFE: 4 months
After opening the package the cheese is intended to be, do not allow long-term storage of unpackaged.
